http://www.girlsclub.org

Every other Monday beginning

October 27TH, 2003

7-10pm

Following our hugely successful series last year, our women chefs are back again with an exciting 4 part series of cooking classes.  Maryann Terillo, executive chef at Jarnac restaurant, has once again brought together an array of some of New York’s most interesting and talented women chefs to share their skills and knowledge with us.

Meet the chefs in the intimate surrounding of Jarnac restaurant.  An informal presentation allows you to ask questions, exchange experiences and see how the pros do it, including some useful short cuts!

And just to show you how easy it is, you get a chance to try a few of the techniques in a hands-on practice session.

Hungry work it may be, so finish off the evening actually sampling the products, washed down with some carefully selected wines and a little introduction to wine-pairing by Jarnac’s Tony Powe.

“Around the world before the holidays” kicks off in Mexico on Monday 27th October and ends up in Ukraine on Monday 10th December.
