intimate surrounding of Jarnac restaurant.
An informal presentation allows you to ask questions, exchange
experiences and see how the pros do it, including some useful short cuts!
And just to show you
how easy it is, you get a chance to try a few of the techniques in a hands-on
practice session.
Hungry work it may be,
so finish off the evening actually sampling the products, washed down with some
carefully selected wines and a little introduction to wine-pairing by Jarnac’s Tony Powe.
